- Ride an “Ashmont” train south on the Red Line, all the way to the last station – which is ASHMONT.
- Walk to the south end of the station to the elevated loop of track. Wait for the cute little orange trolly.
- Ride to the BUTLER STREET station. This is the second stop. You may have to request a stop by pulling the bell cord.
- Walk Northwest on Butler street (to the right, relative to the direction the train was going), to Adams Street.
- Cross to the far side of Adams, turn left, and walk one more house. We’re the one without a fence, not the one on the corner.
Don’t forget your belongings. Thank you for riding the T.
Driving:
- Take Highway 93 to exit 11, “Granite Ave”. You want Granite Ave WEST.
- After merging on Granite, get in the left lane.
- Drive across the drawbridge, and past the first light, perhaps 1,500 feet.
- LEFT on MILTON Street. It’s the second light.
- LEFT on ADAMS Street. Be cautious at this intersection, it can be difficult to see oncoming traffic from the left.
- Proceed through two lights. Once you pass Butler Street, we are the second house on the right.
Parking:
BEST: Turn left (South) on Butler. There is a free T parking lot two blocks down.
GOOD: Turn right (North) on Butler. There is free street parking on both sides of this block.
OKAY: Continue past our house on Adams, and turn in at the next driveway on the right. This is the Sheet Metal Union building, and they have an extensive parking lot. On weekends, it is okay to park here.
