It just works. So far, I’ve only made in-house calls, but the quality seems quite good. Woo.

My abs hurt like something that hurts a lot. My brother and I got into this semi-joking competitive mode over the weekend, and ended up doing the “Extreme Fitness Challenge.” It involves a lot of running through mud and laughing. However, my standard ab routine at the karate school hurt a *lot* today. I’m trying to avoid laughter until I heal.

I’m not filled with joy now that we’ve turned on the heat in the house. Don’t get me wrong, I like the warm-ness. What I don’t like is the “gurgly gurgly” that accompanies each triggering of the thermostat. It’s like someone flushing in our walls. We have forced, hot water heat. Based on previous experience, I’m certain that it’s, for example, dumping hot water into the linen closets. Or something.

Oh yeah, and we’re having a party on Saturday.
