Spent the weekend at my parent’s place in NoVA. <\/p>\n
Coming home from dinner with old friends on Friday, I grew confused: Was I in high school coming home after a study \/ social time? Was I home from college in the Fall and still finding my adult persona? Was I 24 and settling into working life, on a business trip? No, in fact. I’m 29 and coming home from congratulating the same friend on her impending mommie-ness. She and her husband have a nice house, good jobs, and a stable life. It was weird that this particular drive home linked together so many epochs in my life.<\/p>\n
It was really good to chill with my family over the weekend. They all seem to follow this journal, so that’s enough said about that. <\/p>\n
Visited and admired the home of technolope<\/a> and capital_l<\/a>. They were kind enough to share their salmon dinner with me. technolope<\/a> and even geeked out for a bit with a crazy rendering idea.
