Finished my paper today. It was supposed to be done months ago. We need to learn not to even bother putting me on these long-term paper writing things. Too easy to get sidetracked by day to day “urgent” stuff, and totally let it go from “late” to “humiliating” all the way to the new level I discovered on this one: “albatross.”<\/p>\n
We cleaned the school house and set up chairs. We’re going to have somewhere between 10 and 100 people show up. We’ve got cookies.<\/p>\n
In the evening, I took a walk on the path we’ve been carving to the back of the property. It was dark and still. Except that there were things rustling around on the ground, which I finally identified as frogs. Hundreds of little one and two inch frogs, hopping around on the ground. <\/p>\n
