Very hollow.  Very distinct.<\/p>\n<p>I thought for a bit that my brother was sitting out at the gazebo, playing the <a href=\"http:\/\/beinginharmony.com\/tibetansingingbowls.html\">prayer bowl.<\/a>  I wandered out there to see, and it was empty &#8230; I thought he might have gone further into the woods &#8230; it seemed louder out there &#8230; but I checked and the bowl was in its usual place.  On a whim, I took the bowl and walked back along the stream, occasionally sounding the bowl.  Eventually I got chilly and realized that I had wandered a fair distance back.
