I’m going on an unexpected business trip next week, M-W (hooray for NASA). Election day is Tuesday. Given the noise I’ve been making about how important it is to wrest congress from the Republicans, I couldn’t in good conscience just skip voting. So I went down to city hall and filed an “Emergency” ballot. This meant that the nice lady dug a ballot out of the box for my district, stamped “emergency” on it, and let me vote.<\/p>\n
